Return and Refund Policy.
Returns
Any item(s) or order you wish to return, or refund must have photos taken of the product, packing slip and packaging. We have a strict 14-day return policy. All claims must be lodged within 14 days after receiving your item.
For change of mind – the product(s) must be returned in new condition, unopened and not used. Returns must be shipped at buyers cost to our designated warehouse. Credit will be issued upon review of the product(s) condition. All items must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@adeptsalonessentials.com.au . Upon approval we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items without a return authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized item, or used personal care and beauty goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
An exchange is handled in the same terms as a return and replacement.
Refunds
We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion for all products sold.
All refund and/or replacements are subject to the type of claim and related conditions at the time. If return was offered as s remedy, all products are inspected upon return and we will advise of the outcome and condition of the products once received and inspected. Refunds will not be executed until these inspections are executed. (Within 7 days)
Return Address
Upon return authorisation, our customers will be issued with a return address and details on the return.
