Returns & Warranties
Because our products are such high quality, the warranty is usually irrelevant. However, if something does go wrong, all of our electrical goods come with a manufacturer's warranty, which usually covers 1 year.
You should contact us directly for details relating to the available manufacturer's warranty, or refer to the warranty documentation enclosed with your purchase. You will need proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We can help with a replacement invoice if you don't have yours.
In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss of product.
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange and/or refund for change of mind, or on opened/used items.

Wahl Repairs/Replacements
If you have any issue with a Wahl product, please contact us directly to discuss the problem. If under warranty, we may require you to take a photo, or a video, to demonstrate the problem, and we will liaise with the manufacturer to work out how to fix it.
