Returns & Warranties
Because our stuff is such high quality, the warranty is usually irrelevant. However, if something does go wrong, all of our electrical goods come with a manufacturer's warranty, which usually covers 1 year.
You should contact us directly for details relating to the available manufacturer's warranty, or refer to the warranty documentation enclosed with your purchase. You will need proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We can help with a replacement invoice if you don't have yours.
In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you have any issue with a Wahl product, please contact us directly to discuss the problem. If under warranty, we may require you to take a photo, or a video, to demonstrate the problem, and we will liaise with the manufacturer to work out how to fix it.
